1. To which countries do we deliver goods?

We deliver products throughout Europe and many other countries. The entire list of countries is shown to buyers when ordering. You can find out more by contacting our online consultants or our sales.

2. Is delivery legal in these countries?

Yes. We only deliver products to countries where they are completely legal. First of all, this is done for the safety of our customers. So be sure to find out your national policy before buying nicotine bags, if you are not sure you can consult our sales.

3. How long does it take to deliver goods?

Usually, it takes about a week to do samples, except for remote areas shipping generally 7-14 working days, remote areas take a little longer, depending on the specific shipping address.

5. What should I do if my package is damaged?

In addition to the outer packaging, your items are equipped with an internal protective film. If the package is damaged, open it to see if the product is damaged. 7. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation including your order’s tracking number, which you can also view in the Order History of your customer account.

8. Can I use my forwarder?

We are EXW. It would be great if you have your freight forwarder. If not, don’t worry. We have long-term cooperative logistics companies to solve transportation problems for you.
